1. Are your products ORIGINAL?
Yes, our products are 100% original. They are imported directly and officially from manufacturer/brand itself.
2. Why is Disney merchandise all made in China?
Cheap labour and cost to maximized their profits.
3. I live in outside of Malaysia. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, as long as it is accessible to the postal service, we are able to ship there. We shipped all our items using Poslaju Express Service. However if your item is not listed for free shipping services, we would have to charge you a small amount for shipping (for the shipping rates please refer to Poslaju website or you can contact us to enquire). Alternatively you can also choose your preferred shipping method.
4. Can I have a refund because I do not like the item that I bought anymore?
No. We practice a strictly no refund policy.
5. I would want to be your reseller or purchase in bulk/wholesale. Could you provide me a wholesale discount?

6. Are the prices fixed?
Yes, our prices are fixed. Our prices are very reasonable. The prices are lower than the recommended retail prices (RRP) of the products in their respective country.

7. How long does delivery takes?
After receiving confirmation of payment, we would immediately process shipping within 1 – 2 days. After that, it takes roughly another 1 – 3 days for shipment within Malaysia and 2 – 5 days for international shipment (depending on your geographic location) for it to arrive to you.
8. Can I pay you only after receiving the product?
No. Payment must be made in advance to avoid fraud. If you are uncomfortable to pay in advance, Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for certain locations (only at Kangar Perlis for now)
9. What are the modes of payment? TT/ Maybank2U/CIMB Click/ Paypal/ Visa/ Mastercard etc.?
Other than through any form of TT, online bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB), direct bank-in or COD, we also support payment thru PayPal. (coming soon)
10. I am looking for a product but it is not listed/shown on web, is there a way that you could get it for me?
We will try to source and look for the product that you have requested. If the demand is high enough, we would even make it a permanent item for sale at http://cutedisneyprincess.blogspot.com
